**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Working closely with Kyndryl France's Business Development and Alliances management on a daily basis, you will participate in co-constructing tomorrow's Kyndryl by being an actor in business development initiatives and building technological and service partnerships.

Under the direction of the Vice President in charge of Business Development and Alliances, and in relation with the Kyndryl Alliances and Business team, you will develop skills in areas such as

Project Management and Operations:

- Participate in the follow-up of opportunities
- Ensure reporting of results and forecasts
- Contribute to the organization of recurring business reviews with top management
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of action plans to improve performance
- Carry out ad hoc studies on business or technological issues
- consolidate actions with the Alliance and Business Development team

Business:

- participate in the deployment of the Kyndryl strategy in infrastructure services (Hybrid-Cloud, networks, security, data and workplace)
- participate in the promotion and sale of Kyndryl solutions in conjunction with our partners

Partner Relations:

- Participate in the follow-up of the Partner relationship (contract and program management, marketing, training, certification, events...
- Collaborate in the modeling of the customer/partner/offer mapping, in the preparation of events

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Diploma prepared: Master 2, at university, IEP or master's degree in business school. Apprenticeship contract of 1 to 2 years. Professionalization contract excluded.
- Rigor, proactivity, good interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, autonomy. Excellent writing skills. Interest in new technologies.
- Mastery of office automation tools (Microsoft Office suite).
- Good knowledge of French and good level of English. Letter of motivation requested.
