We want to speed up the deployment of this tool, in this context your role consists of. Your Contribution **Your missions**: - You will optimally structure the portfolio representation to clearly track and report on operational performance and risk factors - You will ensure option hedging strategies are tested to maximize PnL margin (based on price/volume effects) - You will be involved in the various risk pricing models (flexibility, decorrelation, balancing, correlated log normal variables, Bachelier model) and be able to propose state-of-the-art solutions - You will challenge models, processes and tools to propose improvements - You will continuously monitor the Marked to Market (MtM) portfolio and explain its results and performance - You will develop tactical tools to quickly display our MtM, price and volume exposures - You will support the operational teams in the implementation of these technical solutions by performing tests before putting them into production About YOU **Background & Professional expériences**: - You are preparing a Master's degree, engineering school or business school - If you have experience in several aspects of sales portfolio management, trading, finance or similar fields, this is appreciated **Hard skills**: - You have structuring and quantitative skills and know how to deal with clients - ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders - You have a good understanding of trading, portfolio and risk management activities - You have a high level of numeracy, analytical and quantitative skills, combined with a practical approach - You are comfortable with object-oriented programming - You have a good knowledge of Python 3.7 (Numpy, Pandas, Sklearn, Seaborn) and Excel VBA - You have good experience using Jupyter Notebook, Pycharm and GitHub - You are familiar with the use of APIs **Soft skills**: - You are resilient - You are results-oriented - You have a practical mind - You are rigorous and precise - You are creative and can take initiative - You like teamwork - You are dynamic and flexible - You are passionately committed to success - Demonstrate high ability to build a network **Languages**: - You are fluent in French and English - Unité commerciale: GEMS- Entité légale: ENGIE Global Markets S.A.S.- Type de contrat: Durée déterminée- Expérience professionnelle: Junior (expérience < 3 ans)- Niveau d'instruction: Bac+4 / Bac + 5 (Master, MBA)
