HRIS Specialist

**Summary / purpose of the position**

The scope is global, covering 5800 users in 35 countries.

**Main responsibilities / job expectations**
- **HRIS Support management**
- Provide support to users by analyzing, categorizing and answering their requests
- Escalate the tickets when needed (functional expert, IT, Workday )
- Manage security access requests and request their validation
- Monitor delay of answers according to the SLAs
- Follow-up support KPIs
- Define & maintain HRIS process flows and Administration procedures and guides up to date
- ** System administration & maintenance**
- Support technical and functional administration of HR campaigns and ongoing activities
- Manage simple Change requests using Project management tools
- ** Communication & training**
- Create & update videos and training materials according to new features, release or specific cases that come-up from the support questions
- Contribute to training sessions preparation and roll-out
- Prepare handover to the HRIS team after each project / improvement
- ** Continuous improvement and projects**
- Assess new features (releases ) and identify areas of improvement on the scope of expertise
- Raise data quality issues or configuration inconsistencies
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to find root causes and identify action plan accordingly
- Contribute to projects according to the HRIS roadmap

**Knowledge, abilities & experience**

Education / Certifications:

- IT / HR / Business master’s degree

**Experience**:

- Experience in working in international environment / global organization

Languages:

- French fluent mandatory
- English fluent mandatory - Daily working language
