THE ROLE
- Delivering insightful financial analysis on topics such as growth potential,

variance drivers, profitability, pricing, and risk, supporting key business
decisions across management, sales, marketing, and operations
- Leading and developing the French finance organization, including the

Accounting, Credit Control, and Business Controlling teams of 20+ FTE and
the coordination of the administrative team at the factories.
- Overseeing accurate and timely general accounting and monthly closings

in accordance with French GAAP and group standards
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts, including follow-up through

variance analysis and scenario modelling
- Managing cash flow planning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital

optimization
- Ensuring full compliance with all tax obligations (corporate income tax,

VAT, and other indirect taxes), coordinating with external advisors and
auditors
- Collect, process and transmit the relevant information to the HR

department or to the social expert regarding the mandatory information
required by the French law.
- Acting as the key liaison for statutory auditors and other external

stakeholders on financial and tax-related matters
- Strengthening internal controls and ensuring adherence to both local and

group-level policies and procedures
- Driving digital transformation and automation of finance and accounting

processes
- Leading or supporting finance-related projects such as ERP upgrades,

reporting improvements and process redesign
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of both local statutory and group

reporting
- Collaborating closely with the Group Controlling team to drive consistency

and best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or
controlling; experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a
strong plus
- Strong analytical and administrative skills, combined with excellent
communication abilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Affinity with IT systems and digital tools
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
