**Areas of Responsibility**:
Directly reporting to the Head of Construction Europe, the Construction Project Manager's main responsibilities will be:

- Represent the interests of the company with the purpose of achieving the company’s goals and objectives
- Act as client-side project manager within the frame of construction of renewable energy assets, wind & solar mainly
- Work to mitigate change orders and to ensure that construction is undertaken properly and that company’s risk is minimized
- Establish clear lines of communication and ensuring that all projects team members, contractors and consultants are working towards achieving the projects goals and objectives
- Manage teams of internal resources, contractors, and consultants to achieve projects targets
- Ensure that contractors are performing and providing deliverables as per the construction contracts
- Oversee and review works designs to ensure requirements are being met
- Coordinate and monitor construction phase of the projects from start to finish
- Provide proactive projects schedule management to avoid delays and make sure the projects are completed on time.
- Manage and control construction projects budgets and provide cash flow forecasting
- Monitor contractors QA/QC processes and overall quality
- Manage and mitigate both internal and external risks within the project’s construction phase
- Manage construction punch list and project closeout and ensure that required information is made available to team in charge of assets’ operation.
- Report on work progress, budget status, and schedule status on a weekly & monthly basis
- Travel on site biweekly or more often if needed to review progress/schedule, meet contractors and resolve issues/questions
- Provide technical and other support for production of RFPs
- Provide support for construction contracts negotiations
- Perform due diligence tasks on new project opportunities
- Provide support to project development team for all matters related to construction activities

**Studies**:
Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.

**Work Experience**:
3 to 5 years work experience as project manager and/or project engineer in building wind and solar power plant facilities.

**Languages**:
Professional English and German.

Any additional European language would be a plus.

**IT Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of all Microsoft Applications, CAD and SAP

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:

- Performance and results driven, dynamic, proactive with leadership presence and sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines without compromising safety or quality
- Strong communication skills particularly verbal communication

**Additional Information**:

- Frequent travels on site to the construction project sites located in different european countries and to the headquarter in Genoa (Italy) are required
