Nous recrutons **un-e Software Development Manager** afin de renforcer notre équipe **UX & Documentation.**

Nous offrons des expériences uniques grâce au savoir-faire de nos équipes passionnées, qui se reflète notamment par la création de solutions de Business Expériences, le développement de notre propre orchestrateur Cloud, TINA OS, ou encore l’obtention de la qualification SecNumCloud.

Nous avons développé notre propre logiciel d’orchestration, TINA OS, garantissant une maîtrise complète de notre Cloud. Il orchestre et automatise l’ensemble de nos ressources Cloud : calcul, stockage et réseau. Grâce à notre gestionnaire d’API, les clients peuvent piloter leur infrastructure dans TINA OS via différentes API.

**Vos missions**
- Manager une équipe de 6 développeurs-ses et d'un SRE

**Stack technique**:

- React
- Typescript
- Backend comme python, ruby (expert)
- API rest
- Gitlab
- CICD sur gitlab
- Environnement en Lunix (Rockylinux) S3 pour déploiement
- Mysql, noSql
- Scrum

**Votre profil**
- De formation type Bac+5 en informatique, vous possédez une expérience professionnelle post-diplôme minimum de 8 ans avec une expérience significative en management d'équipe.
- Vous avez acquis une expérience solide dans l'architecture logicielle et le développement
- Doté(e) d’un très bon relationnel, vous appréciez travailler en équipe et parlez anglais couramment.
- Vous êtes d'un naturel rigoureux, autonome et curieux.
