**Title**: Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager

**Location**: Paris

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We're looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Central Digital Organization. This is a newly created role which will report to the Chief Digital Officer to support the Digital transformation journey within the entire organization.

THE ROLE
As Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager you willl lead the Digital Transformation Dashboard, formalize the detailed transformation Roadmaps and the associated communication plans to all employees. You act as a PM to secure the follow up of the key milestones to achieve our major priorities. Also you manage large projects by influence and lead ad hoc analysis. Next to that you will:
Orchestrate the Digital upskilling program of our employees, working closely with all the different key contributors and stakeholders
Support the CDO in building and animating the digital community worldwide.
Communicate & engage with the global organization by creating experiences that are informative, useful, and business oriented. Monitor feedback and analyze data to ensure content is optimized for the target audiences.
Lead the format, the Content and the organization of the different digital summits
Scale proven cross-functional, cross-county best practices across teams in order to increase community and social engagement, digital solutions adoption, issue resolution and ultimately, user commitment.
Support the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in the successful implementation of processes workshops, meetings to foster global collaboration on key digital transformation programs, multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning multiple zones with direct accountability to the business leaders for their success. Administer and operate within different digital areas to influence key stakeholders to deliver scheduled programs in time, scope and budget agreed with global business partners.
Set up ideation processes within Coty to accelerate our innovation capabilities and Agility.
Partnering with countries CMO and digital teams, CDO teams, Digital Heads of Brands and Digital IT teams, to create seamless, tailored and disruptive platforms and forums for COTY Global Digital Community.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

5-8 years of demonstrated experience in project management
Consulting experience is a strong plus.

**Digital experience mandatory through different activities**: digital media, Content, E-commerce, Social, Digital IT..)
Demonstrated experience in developing and landing innovations - small and large, especially within highly matrixed organizations with cross-functional ownership
Exceptional analytical, and strategic thinking ability.
Exceptional Communication skills, written and oral in English
Exceptional influence and communication skills, especially articulating and clarifying complex concepts, and especially with senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience working with digital products, systems, channels, and platforms.
Curiosity with developed POVs towards market landscape, emerging trends, and industry prospects,
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
Humility, Agility, Adaptability, Speed, Team Spirit, Outstanding communication and PM skills.
