Vocads is a no-code platform that makes it easy to create AI voice agents to automate inbound and outbound calls. Our mission is to streamline repetitive tasks such as 24/7 appointment scheduling, lead qualification, FAQs, and follow-ups. We help businesses reduce costs while boosting productivity and enhancing the customer experience.

**Position Context**:
As part of our growth in projects with high technological content, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner—ideally with a background in digital services and artificial intelligence environments—to lead the development of innovative solutions for our major corporate clients.

The PO will work on projects that include AI components such as automated decision engines, natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, or scoring/compliance systems.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the product vision and its business value within an agile framework. Your main tasks will include:
**Product Management & Functional Scoping**:

- Gather and formalize business needs from internal and external stakeholders.
- Define the product roadmap and maintain the backlog in collaboration with AI, data science, and IT teams.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications.
- Prioritize development tasks based on business value and technical dependencies.

**Project Management & Support**:

- Facilitate Agile rituals: sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives.
- Monitor development progress and make functional decisions.
- Organize testing phases (UAT, E2E) and manage functional validation.
- Support change management: documentation, training, user support.

**AI Specificities**:

- Participate in design workshops with AI / Data Science teams.
- Contribute to defining KPIs related to model performance.
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical issues related to AI use (GDPR, algorithmic bias).
- Ensure the interpretability of AI outputs for business stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a PO or Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Significant experience in at least one AI or Data project (e.g., recommendation engine, NLP, auto-classification, fraud detection, scoring ).
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles, backlog management, and Agile rituals (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to communicate with both technical profiles (data scientists, developers) and business teams (compliance, finance, HR, etc.).
- Interest in AI ethics, algorithm transparency, and data governance.

**Soft Skills**:

- Analytical and synthesis mindset
- Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to rally teams around a product vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English

**Technical Environment**:
Jira, Confluence, SQL, XML, ServiceNow

Preferred knowledge: Python (reading notebooks), visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), ML environments (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.)
