We are looking for a **Retail Marketing Apprentice** to join our team and contribute to the development of Memo Paris. As a growing brand with a focus on excellence, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Retail Marketing Assistant to join our team as part of an apprenticeship program. As Retail Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring excellence at Memo Paris retail points of sale. You will work closely with our teams to enhance the retail experience, execute impactful in-store animations and podiums, and contribute to the brand’s presence in the luxury fragrance market. If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Retail Excellence**: - Contribute to the overall excellence and consistency of Memo Paris points of sale. - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and high-quality visual merchandising standards. **Animation and Podium Execution**: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee in-store events, animations, and podiums to enhance customer engagement. - Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. **Operational Support**: - Provide on-site assistance at retail locations when required to address immediate needs. - Act as a liaison between the head office and retail teams to facilitate communication and operational alignment. **Team Collaboration**: - Build strong relationships with retail teams to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Gather and share feedback to continuously improve the retail experience. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT INTERN** - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Retail Management). - Passionate about luxury retail and the perfume industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Creativity and ability to propose innovative concepts. - A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset. - Fluency in French and English. - Our group is an equal opportunity employer with a diverse, globally distributed workforce._ - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, age or any other characteristic protected by law and our values._
