Your Mission

As a Maintenance Technician you ensure the efficient functionality of TWA's-line and make sure that environmental safety and quality standard are maintained.

Your Responsibilities
- You maintain machines and secure the availability of production line through trouble shooting, repair, preventive maintenance,
- You carry out actions in case of deviation (programming, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic).
- You are responsible for machine capacity analysis.
- You prepare machinery for certification and audits with the Quality manager/Quality technician.
- You document maintenance records.
- You train operators in preventive maintenance.
- You maintain and administrate the spare part stockroom.
- You improve assembly line efficiency.
- You maintain proper maintenance and care for all assets
- You develop a continuous improvement mind-set.
- You maintain environmental, safety and quality standards.

Your Profile
- You have a technical education (mechanical-, electrical engineering or equivalent experience)
- You have 3 years experience as a technician in production company
- You have a comprehensive understanding of Tire-Wheel assembly
- Awareness of the applicable IATF principles
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanic and industrial process measurement and control
- PLC trouble shooting
- Welding skills, cutting and brazing skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings
- Ready for shift-work
- SPS-knowledge
- You have good MS-Office skills
- You are good in English
