**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Within the Group,** **you will join the Group Finance team and, more specifically, the MASTER team**

The MASTER (Management of Accounting Solutions and Expertise in Reporting) team is in charge of
- Managing from business side the main finance tools at group level (actuarial reserving, accounting, consolidation and reporting)
- Setting up global processes based on the group tools
- Support operations of Share Service Centers based in India

Within this Department, **you will be part of the general and third party accounting team and focusing more specifically on Master Data & Solvency II topics**

Inside the MASTER team, the Master Data and Solvency II scope encompasses all data and referentials included in the Group, SAP-Copernic (general & third party accounting) and SAP-SHIP (investment accounting) data models and other objects / characteristics used to structure the data in the various IT systems they flow through.

The Business specifications of SAP tables are called White Papers (WPs) and were so far managed on Excel. During the course of 2015, a new tool called MDM (Master Data Management tool) is being customized in order to become a repository for the SAP WPs and processes allowing creations and updates of master data in a more secured manner.

These master data are used for IFRS reporting (accounting data as well as part of the management reporting data) and part of Solvency 2 Pillar 3 Group reporting (including statutory gaaps as well as S2 P3 gaap), but also local and statutory reporting for entities.

The team is also in charge of maintaining, enhancing et supporting the Solvency II reporting based on Copernic data flow.

**Your job and daily missions**:
Master Data: management of changes / creation requests relating to Master Data issued by Master Data correspondents (local Axa entities - more than 10 global entities ), Group, SHIP teams:

- Review, ensure that the business needs are relevant and implement in the WPs the CRs received from countries in BAU at the appropriate level of priority (ie taking into account on the one hand the release management planning and on the other hand the country constraints), assessing potential side effects on other countries
- Perform the change testing directly into SAP environments when needed
- Participate to alignment checks (WPs/MDM vs SAP)
- Ensure alignment with other tools: Galaxy,...
- Animate the Masterdata community and best practices

Reporting & interfaces:

- Assist in enhancing existing reports, develop new ones
- Participate in collaboration with IT and Businees Partner Teams (from AXA Group Operations / Axa GO) to tests and bug fixing
- Maintain mapping tables up to date
- Support entities in their usage of the solution
- Promote best practices

Projects (regulatory changes, innovation, mergers, divestiture,)
- Contribute to projects managed by Group as well as SHIP and Copernic on Master Data & reporting topics and coordinate masterdata changes across the tools managed by the Master team (Copernic, Astra, Magnitude, Ship)

Roll ins (new entity moving into the SAP platform) : Manage localization work:

- Explain the Flyer data model and reporting to the new joining company
- Guide them in the usage of dimensions and reports
- Promote convergence on the Flyer platform
- Organize and manage the localization workshops with country correspondents.

Propose improvements / innovation to the existing master data processes, MDM Tool, reporting to improve convergence in the master data usage.
