What’s the job ? Quel est le poste ?
- Become the expert of the Business Unit in terms of services
- Build a vision and roadmap for high added value services
- Explore and valorize key trends into services such as circularity, industrial IoT and predictivity
- Adapt if required the business model (ownership to usership, SaaS, frame agreements, etc.)
- When applicable, follow-up development with R&D team and secure that the deliverables match the master specifications set and the customer needs
- Develop and deploy efficiently launch packages of new services
- Support transverse marketing activities on your perimeter (training of salesforce, acquisition, communication, etc.)
- Marketing activities/Sales support to sales companies both through global initiatives and local activities on regular basis
- Joint visits of customers with the sales force
- Measure and develop the customer share that we currently enjoy
