- The BU South is engaged in its transformation to support Nexans transformation to pure player of electrification. To reach this vision, key initiatives are identified : Value and Premium Strategy (through differentiated products and packaging) to follow the economic path, Sustainability and Impact Reduction of our operations (energy consumption reduction, scrap reduction and valorization, circular economy via recycled material use optimization), Digitalization & Automatization, etc.- BU South integrates six plants: Autun (Fr), Bohain (Fr), La Verpillière (Fr), Lamia (Gr), Lens (Fr), Plainfaing (Fr) and two additional logistic centres: Granollers (Sp) and Milton Keynes (UK).**Areas of responsibilities**:
- **Industrial Performance & Excellence**
- Leads in collaboration with the plant managers the yearly Saving Master Plan (SMP), from the budget phase to the monthly follow-up
- Develops automatic and digital dashboards to monitor the KPIs
- Organizes and supports the monthly Plant Industrial Performance Review
- Supports and coaches plants to enhance the system Management Routines in order to continuously improve the maturity
- Supports and coaches problem solving sessions
- **Lean 6 Sigmas Program**
- Defines and deploys the 3 years roadmaps
- Leads the Lean 6 Sigmas training initiative: Trainees validation, program definition, training process organization, project coaching, certification, etc
- Defines the graduate programs especially Green-Belt and Black-belt
- Identifies and validates the trainees profile in collaboration with the plant managers and local HR
- Organizes and monitors the training
- Coaches the ongoing projects
- Supports plants and teams on specific tools (analysis, statistic tools)
- Monitors the projects impact
- **Digitalisation**
- Is responsible of the definition of the digitalisation roadmap definition at the Business Unit level in accordance with group guidelines and plants needs
- Defines and duplicates best local practices
- Monitors the digitalisation transformation in collaboration with local experts
- Guarantees homogeneity in operational deployment
- Controls that the obtained results are in line with initial use cases
- Supports local experts when needed
- Participates to internal and external benchmarks
- Achieves return of experiment to continuously improve the solution and the methodology
- Participates to Business Group Governance
**Required skills and qualifications**:
- General Education: 4 to 5 years at university level
- Experience: 6 years at least in an similar position within the industry field
- Blackbelt or Master-Blackbelt Certification and corresponding practical experience of Lean 6 Sigmas.
- Project Change Management: Teamwork and Leadership
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Practical experience of Industrial Excellence, structured & systematic way
- Fluent (in writing and speaking) in French and English language
- Power BI skills
