- Your main missions:_

**_ Commercial management_**
- _ Prospecting with the lists of exhibiting companies on the shows_
- _ Quotations from French and foreign customers._
- _ Sending mailings_
- _ Phoning action_
- _ Follow-up and follow-up of customers._
- _ Quotation and realization of technical studies_
- _ Management of unpaid invoices_

**_ Technical management of operating files_**
- _ Follow-up of customs operations and road and overseas transport._
- _ Sending of Pre-alert_
- _ Pre-invoicing and invoicing of customer files in CARGO WISE._
- _ Purchasing management and supplier invoice entry_
- _ Follow-up of handling operations in the field_
- _ Supervision of teams of forklift drivers, handlers, etc..._
- _ Chartering & follow-up of multimodal transports_
- _ Collaboration with internal operational services and group agencies in the management of files_
- _ Management and follow-up of information given to customers_
- _ Follow-up of litigations_
- _ Control of the profitability of the files_

**_ Logistics organization for trade fairs and exhibition_**
- _ Setting up logistics and handling means according to the trade show schedule_
- _ Setting up a schedule during the setting up and dismantling of exhibitions_
- _ Supervision of handling teams on site_

**_ Requirements_** _for this position: Based in Villepinte, permanent contract, knowledge of transport and logistics (BTS transport and logistics, international trade or equivalent desired). One year experience in a similar position. Good command of English. Knowledge of the local market, understanding of customer requirements. Flexibility and availability are required for this role._

Vos principales missions sont:

- **Gestion commerciale**
- Prospection avec les listes des sociétés exposantes sur les salons
- Cotations clients Français et étrangers.
- Envoi de mailings
- Action de phoning
- Suivi et relance de la clientèle.
- Cotation et réalisation d’études techniques
- Gestion des impayés
- **Gestion technique des dossiers d’exploitation**
- Suivi des Opérations douanes et transports Route, Overseas.
- Envoi de Pre-alert
- Pré-facturation et facturation dossiers clients dans CARGO WISE.
- Gestion des Achats et saisie factures fournisseurs
- Suivi des opérations de Manutention sur le terrain
- Encadrement des équipes de Caristes, Manutentionnaires, etc
- Affrètement & suivi des transports multimodaux
- Collaboration de la gestion des dossiers avec les services opérationnels internes et les agences du groupe
- Gestion et suivi des informations données aux clients
- Suivi des litiges
- Contrôle de la rentabilité des dossiers
- **Organisation Logistique pour les Foires & salons**
- Mise en place des moyens logistiques et de manutention selon le planning des salons
- Mise en place d’un planning pendant le montage et démontage des salons
- Encadrement des équipes de manutention sur le terrain

Des **critères** pour ce poste en CDI, basé à Villepinte : Connaissance du transport et de la logistique (BTS transport et logistique, commerce international ou équivalent souhaité). Expérience d’un an sur un poste similaire. Maitrise de l'anglais. Connaissance du marché local, compréhension des exigences clients. Flexibilité et disponibilité sont nécessaires pour ce poste.
