**Project title: Development of an alternative of plyamide band for rubber curing**
**Internship from February 2025 for 6 months**

**DESCRIPTION** AND SCOPE**
- We are manufacturing rubber-based products, and while the curing of the rubber is well defined, we are looking to improve the system. As part of this project, you will run some experimentation about rubber curing method, and propose solutions to enhance the curing system, in term of cost and reduce of wastes.
For this project, you will propose solutions and perform some lab testing on cured samples of rubber to validate them.

**DELIVERABL**ES**
- A proposition of curing method - Characterisation of cured product in lab

**REQUIRED **SKILLS**- Master'sDegree - (Penultimate or Final year) in - University Qualification: Materials engineer, with knowledge in plastics and if possible rubber, materials resistance and calculation, lab testing or a related discipline
Oral and written communication skills in English
Good motivation, autonomy, teamwork, and ingenuity
