Product Engineer Leader

As a Product Engineer Leader, you will be responsible for studies, design and product features. Define technical solutions to problems posed by customers within the price, deadline and quality objectives to obtain assignment to a project in consultation with the Account Manager and/or Program Manager.

**Your Role**
- Assess the feasibility of the specifications and establish the conformity matrix then ensure that the different elements are taken into account in the offer to the customer.
- Create a product concept to establish its costing and technical acceptance by the customer.
- Lead study programs in advance for the client.
- Be an active member of the project team under the Program Manager and with other members.
- Be responsible for the design of the product while respecting quality rules, ensuring the industrialization of the product, compliance with customer technical specifications and the regulations in force in the different targeted countries.
- Establish and guarantee the project study schedule, in full compliance with procedures, in particular with regard to the use of functional analysis, product FMEA, etc.
- Respect project development deadlines, and in particular, key dates and specific client deliverables (3D model, client plan, definition plan, presentation of models, prototypes, initial samples, etc.) in consultation with the Program Manager. As such, the Study Project Manager is responsible for the prototype phase, in particular the supply of components and materials (internally and externally).
- Be able to carry out all the activities of a Validation Engineer.
- Ensure the reception and validation of components from tools and assembly lines (define the method and carry out metrological analysis, CT scan analysis and laboratory tests).
- Ensure technical communication with tier 1 and 2 customers.

**Your Background**
- Bac+5 level (Engineering School, Master in the field of mechanical/electrical engineering) or equivalent experience
- Very good interpersonal skills allowing you to work with multidisciplinary teams and advance issues as a team;
- Read/create plans, read and interpret 3D in CAD;
- Fluent written/spoken English;
- Recognized ability to analyze problems and propose solutions
