Design and manage innovative leadership learning solutions within ABB’s _Learn, Connect & Grow_ framework. This role translates business needs into scalable, future-ready learning experiences, with a primary focus on first-line and mid-level managers, while also supporting broader leadership development needs. The Leadership Learning Architect holds overall responsibility for solution design, quality, and impact, ensuring effective delivery through internal and external partners.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Design, curate, and continuously evolve a portfolio of leadership learning solutions, focusing on first-line and mid-level managers while supporting broader leadership development.
- Leverage modern learning methodologies & technologies to create scalable, engaging, and impactful solutions.
- Lead end-to-end program and project management, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within defined budget and scope.
- Drive continuous improvement using analytics, participant feedback, and impact measurement.
- Drive operational excellence by managing vendors, optimizing systems with key stakeholders, and ensuring cost-efficient, high-quality learning delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and oversee external partners in alignment with ABB’s Procurement team, ensuring contracts, quality, and cost-effectiveness support the learning strategy
- Actively explore new leadership development trends, and technology innovations to bring cutting-edge solutions to ABB, including integrating AI and emerging technologies into leadership learning to enhance personalization, accessibility, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and business leaders to ensure solutions are relevant and future-focused.
- Define and monitor KPIs linked to program effectiveness, learner experience, and business impact using data and analytics to inform decisions, demonstrate value, and continuously improve design and delivery.

**Required Knowledge, Skill**s**, Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven expertise in leadership development and programme design in a global organization.
- Experience with diverse learning methodologies, including blended, experiential, coaching, peer learning, and digital-first solutions.
- Operational excellence: demonstrated expertise in project management, budget management, and vendor negotiations.
- Strong change management expertise, excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of AI and emerging technologies in learning; ability to integrate digital innovation into design and delivery.
- Strong business acumen, ability to link leadership learning to organizational performance.
- Global mindset, DEI awareness, and ability to work across cultures and regions.
- Fluent in English.
