**Job Description**:
Reporting Relationships:
Direct report to FP&A Director, EMEA
Principal Objectives:
In cooperation with Brand VP/GM
- Evaluates regional Brand plans and measure financial performance based on affiliate business plans,
- Evaluates regional efficiency plans and measure financial performance

Accountabilities:
1. Provides financial guidelines and advice for Customer and Market Growth
2. Improves Business Processes
3. Controls Financial Results
4. Ensures effective liaison between Corporate, Regional and Affiliates
1. Customer and Market Growth within the region
❑ Prepares trends analysis at the regional level.
❑ Analyzes brand performance (sales, expenses)
❑ Delivers timely reporting.
❑ Follow up on all major brand initiatives.
2. Connects and Develops People
❑ Communicates with Brand team at regional level on business performances and action plans required.
❑ Provides financial guidance and support. Coordinating affiliate teams and aligning the processes and analysis
❑ Identifies good practices within the affiliates enabling sharing across the regional and affiliates teams in order to promote best in class processes and monitoring tools.
❑ Communicates with Brand Controllers and Finance in NY to guarantee common understanding of both parties on targets and achievements.
3. Improves Business Processes
❑ Establishes a systematic control of the Brand’s monthly sales estimates of affiliates in the region. Communicates overspends to regionals as appropriate; develops action plans as necessary.
❑ Sets up systematic controls over sales and expense of affiliates in conjunction with Finance Managers of region.
❑ Establishes a systematic control over Capital Expenditure.
❑ Acts as a key partner in strategic planning and in 3 year financing plan
4. Control Financial Results
❑ Controls monthly consolidated reporting, providing relevant comments and assessment of full year’s impact of affiliates / brands in region.
❑ Establishes the system to monitor our strategic objectives and our 3 year plan,
❑ Tracks financial impact of any major back and front office initiatives launched at the regional level
❑ Conducts any specific financial analysis upon request of Regional Brand and Regional Finance
