**Position**:
Based in Paris and reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, the Global Media Manager is responsible for defining and implementing Chandon's media strategy to drive awareness, desirability, and sales on a global level. He/She will manage media campaigns, budgets, and relationships with media partners, ensuring consistency with the company's overall objectives.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Global Media Strategy & Project Leadership**:

- Define, implement, and evolve Chandon's global media strategy to achieve overall business objectives, proactively driving media innovation and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

**Campaign Management & Performance Optimization**:

- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and rigorous performance analysis of global media campaigns (online and offline), managing projects in close collaboration with partner agencies and key markets.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Budget & Resource Stewardship**:

- Manage the global media budget and ensure efficient resource allocation, maximizing ROI in collaboration with local teams.

**Strategic Partnership & Innovation**:

- Proactively identify and evaluate emerging media opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key global media partners, and serve as a central point of contact for media expertise.

**Cross-Functional & Market Alignment**:

- Drive seamless integration of media strategies by collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing, communications, digital, commercial) and ensuring that global strategies are thoughtfully adapted to local market realities.

**Performance Reporting & Insight Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and key media trends to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to guide future strategies

**Profile**:
**Education**:Master degree in marketing, communications or equivalent.

**Languages**:Fluency in English, French is a plus.

**Required experience**:

- + 5 years in a similar position, ideally acquired in the wines and spirits, luxury goods, or consumer goods sector, or in a Media agency.
- Proven expertise in media strategy, planning and advertising space purchasing (online and offline).
- Proficiency in audience measurement and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize and rigor.

- Bom día. _Come with us to Chandon Brazil, the first wine estate in the country dedicated solely to sparkling wines.
To Chandon's pioneers, back in the late 1970’s, Brazil’s enormous size and variety of latitude and topography looked promising. With much of the land lying in the tropics, the answer came in the form of the mountainous south, towards the 30th parallel, in the Serra Gaúcha region, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Our winery and primary vineyard are in the rolling green hills of Garibaldi. Further south in the cooler, drier hilly region of Encruzilhada do Sul is our more recent vineyard, around 250 hectares, planted in 2000.
We believe great wines are made in the vineyard. Winemaking is then a matter of allowing the vineyard to express itself.
Chandon Brazil is unmistakably a member of the family. It’s just that it has a little carnaval in its heart.
