Vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal vers un ou plusieurs clients dans la gestion de projets et entre les différents départements internes
- Vous êtes garant du respect des critères de qualité et de performance
- Vous analysez, exploitez des indicateurs et mettez en place des plans d’action
- Vous êtes en charge de la facturation de tous les services réalisés
- Vous conduisez des réunions périodiques avec les clients, présentez et discutez des différents indicateurs
- Vous suivez et préparer les différents reportings autant internes que vers les clients
- Vous implémentez de nouveaux projets, services et modifications souhaités par le client
- Vous êtes un support sur les questions opérationnelles et métiers dans le cadre d’appel d’offre ou actions commerciales
- Vous participez à l’élaboration de solutions de services
- Titulaire au minimum d’un Bac+2 en logistique, supply-chain ou en ingénierie, vous avez déjà 3/4 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire._
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des process et vous avez participé à leur réalisation. Vous êtes structuré, rigoureux, autonome. Vous êtes également un excellent communicant et êtes orientés satisfaction client et résultats._
- La maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais est indispensable. Vous êtes également à l’aise avec les outils de gestion (Excel, ERP)._
