**Qualifications**:
Nous recherchons un Project Manager pour rejoindre nos équipes de **Toulouse** afin d'encadrer les projets d'un de nos clients majeurs du** secteur aéronautique**. Au sein du service Delivery, vous serez en charge de:

- Piloter le projet dans toutes ses phases de sa conception à son déploiement. Vous êtes le garant de la fourniture des livrables et des services conformément aux engagements de qualité, coût, délai et performance.
- Assurer le reporting interne et le suivi contractuel auprès du client, notamment en participant aux instances de décision.
- Optimiser la rentabilité du projet et la détection de nouvelles opportunités sur le périmètre. Vous serez amené(e) à participer à la construction de nouvelles offres, assurer le renouvellement des projets en cours et à porter les propositions auprès des clients en lien avec le métier et le commerce.
- Veiller à la performance des équipes et de leur structuration (recrutement, gestion de la trajectoire des collaborateurs) en lien avec les opérations et le ressource management.

**Responsibilities**:

- De formation supérieure (Bac+5) dans le domaine de l’ingénierie
- Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans le pilotage de projets
- Connaissance des métiers de la conception, de la mécanique. Vous possédez des connaissances en CFD, en maillage ou encore en CAO, et avez idéalement déjà exercé dans le secteur industriel
- Goût pour la relation client, la gestion de projets complexes
- Anglais impératif
