Missions

To support this growth, Tikehau Investment Management is looking for a Senior Finance Manager in charge of all Real Estate funds and investments. Reporting to the Head of Fund Finance, your main missions will entail:
**Team Management**
- Manage one fund Controller
- Improve processes & tools
- Maintain constant communication with other teams & senior management

**Fund Raising / Transaction**
- Contribution to structuring & financing of funds & investments,
- Follow-up of tax and legal structures (French OPCI, Luxembourg AIF,...),
- Coordination of financial engineering (mergers, share deals,...),

**Performance monitoring**
- Contribution to real estate assets valuation,
- Review of accounts (notably French, OPCI & Lux GAAP),
- Coordination of IFRS consolidations & NAV calculations,
- Fund modelling (budgeting and projections).

**Controlling / Reporting**
- Contribution to internal reports for fund & senior management,
- Production of quarterly investors reporting in conjunction with asset management team,
- Contribution to regulatory & statutory reports,
- Answer investors' queries.

**Administration /treasury**
- Appointment and management of external providers (accountants, custodians, property managers, asset managers,...),
- Prepare funds' board packs,
- Set and manage funds processes and delegations (payments, accounting...),

Profile
- 10 years of experience,
- Successful experience in Real Estate (Asset Managers, Transaction services or Audit) and team management,
- Good knowledge of accounting, tax and Corporate Finance in Europe (notably in relation to French & Lux AIF)

- Fluency in French & English / second European language advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
