**Enova Consulting **is looking for a Agency Manager willing to start their own Business Unit within our Lyon office

If you like to build your activities form scratch, if you are driven by KPI and performance, and if you would like to be independant developing your business unit aligned with the group's strategy: this position is made for you

**Your responsibilities**

Within Enova Consulting you will develop and manage your own Business Unit by handling the following activities:

- Defining and implementing growth strategies in the information technology, engineering, and life sciences sectors.
- You have an existing business network and you will use it to expand quickly your client portfolio.
- Developing and prospecting new clients accounts. You manage an entire clients portfolio yourself by meeting your clients on site, for lunch or TEAMS meetings to understand their needs and offer them our services and the best consultants and experts.
- Recruiting the best talents: As a salesperson you are also in charge of selecting the best consultant for your teams and projects. With the help of the recruitment team you will represent the best experts to your clients.
- As an expert in sales, you negotiate the rates with your client to optimize your margin.
- Managing the projects follow-up and careers of your consultants

In a strong growth context, you can evolve quickly inside the organization With the collaboration of the business team from Switzerland and support of the directors. Senior Managers and the directors, you will bring your Sales and Management skills to the next level

**Your profile**
- Graduated from a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or Engineering School
- You have 5 years minimum experience as Senior Business Manager position.
- Strong experience in managing consultants business unit and you have a strong business networks and portfolio already in Lyon : we will need you to supervise the activities of the Lyon Office
- You have 3 years minimum experiences in business development IT Consulting
- You have 3 years minimum experiences in France, Lyon
- You are comfortable with cold acquisition and cold calling
- You are an outgoing person and love interacting with people
- You speak French and English
- You are motivated to join a young dynamic team

**We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova**:

- A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, to know more about your sales and negociation skills and experiences. This is as well a moment where we present you more about Enova and our activities.
- If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people of our teams, you willl have an interview with the director.
- After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize your visit to meet the rest of the team.
- If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose.
