Quality Control Associate

Quality Control Associate required to work within our French Quality Team, based at our site in Grenoble, France.

The Quality Control Associate will work within the logistics platform, within an area dedicated to the control and kitting activity, working in collaboration with Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement. The main objective of the Quality Control Technician is to receive, inspect incoming medical devices, using measuring devices and visual and functional inspection techniques, to package and store incoming instruments.

The key responsibilities of the Quality Control Associate include:

- To manage the assembly of new ancillaries while respecting the deadlines, the orders of priority and the planning put in place (Kitting),
- To ensure the control on receipt of the medical devices distributed by the CORIN France site,
- To ensure internally the level 1 restoration of the instruments as well as the provision and the follow-up of the restoration (rework) of the instruments sent in subcontracting,
- To ensure the maintenance and the periodic follow-up of the measuring and control instruments as well as the control templates available on site or by subcontracting,
- Manage and monitor the processing of loan ancillary items,
- Carry out supplier audits in support of the Quality Manager.
- Participates in inventories of new instruments and distributed products,
- Participates in ancillary controls in return for customers in the event of overload of the ancillary cell,
- Ensures the management of the parts concerned by Filed Actions in collaboration with the Vigilance service,
- Participates in the recovery of DMRs from French subcontractors in collaboration with the UK teams (R&D and regulatory affairs).
- Participates in the evaluation of suppliers in collaboration with the Supply / Purchasing department and may be required to participate in audits with French subcontractors

**Goods in Control**:

- Receives new non-sterile medical devices,
- Inspect incoming instruments using measuring devices and visual and functional inspection techniques,
- Individually conditions each medical device (packaging, labelling),
- Provides the Quality manager with the batch files for release decision,
- Provides incoming instruments in their destination stock,
- Ensures the management of subcontractor non-compliances,
- Ensures the maintenance of technical documentation (control range, inventory list, etc.).

Manages the assembly of new ancillaries
- Assemble and check the new ancillaries,
- Completes the associated documents and makes them available for release,
- Keeps the physical and computer stock of new parts up to date.

Management and monitoring of loan ancillary processing
- Completes the documents associated with the control on receipt of the medical devices distributed and makes them available physically and electronically after release by the Quality manager,
- Participates in the development of technical documentation related to the ancillaries distributed.

Provides internal level 1 restoration of instruments and monitoring of the rework of instruments sent to subcontractors:

- Analyses instruments requiring rework,
- Performs and documents the rework if feasible internally or prepares to subcontract it,
- Manages the analysis and the provision of the return of subcontracting

Ensures the maintenance and periodic monitoring of measuring and control instruments:

- Ensures traceability, manages the monitoring and maintenance of measurement and control instruments (ECME) available for inspection upon receipt,
- Ensures the traceability, monitoring and maintenance of the control templates available on site or outsourced.

**Management and monitoring of loan ancillary processing (EMEA)**:

- Participates in the installation and qualification of cleaning/decontamination equipment, and ensures its maintenance,
- Ensures the traceability of ancillary processing before it is made available to the ancillary control department,
- Ensures the analysis of ancillaries considered non-compliant after control in return of loan

**The ideal Quality Control Associate will have**:

- CAP to BAC Pro in Mechanics/Production Engineering to Bac F1, or equivalent experience in the field of quality control
- Experience in a mechanical parts controller position
- Skills in metrology
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment of medical devices
- Knowledge of audit techniques
- Good knowledge of office tools
- Knowledge of an ERP type Sage
- Fluent in English and French
