You will assist the Compliance Officer in his daily tasks: implementation, monitoring and deployment of a regulatory framework for Powens.
Your missions:
- Carry out regulatory monitoring and AML mandatory checks
- Perform level 1 permanent controls on the compliance framework
- Draft and spread rules and procedures
- Ensure the regulatory watch
- Ensure that compliance-related regulatory requirements are transposed into internal tools and procedures
- Organize and coordinate reporting, monitoring and prevention tools for the compliance framework
- Ensure that the payment institution complies with laws, regulations and professional standards
- Participate to various projects driven by the Compliance Team
**Profile and skills required**:
- Student from a Business School or a university studying banking law/Business
- You have a first experience in compliance department
- Autonomous and able to make constructive suggestions
- Rigorous and diligent
- Curious and interested in the fintech industry
- You are able to absorb large amounts of information quickly
- You are team player, able to work with different teams
- Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)

**Internship conditions**:
- 6 months internship
- Position based in Paris
- Internship agreement from a University/School is required
- Compensation: €1,200 gross per month
