Fondé il y a 40 ans, le cabinet Racine est aujourd’hui l’un des principaux cabinets d’avocats français, indépendant, multi spécialiste en droit des affaires.
Pour renforcer son équipe private equity, Racine recherche deux collaborateurs H/F : un profil junior (1 à 2 ans d’expérience) et un profil confirmé (2 à 5 ans d’expérience) dans cette matière.
- Vos missions_
Fort d’une solide formation en droit des affaires, vous disposez d’une expérience en private equity dans des cabinets d’avocats de premier plan.
Au sein d’une équipe dynamique, vous interviendrez directement avec les associées qui mènent cette activité, essentiellement sur des opérations de private equity (LBO), de M&A et de distressed M&A impliquant des fonds.
- Votre profil_
Vous êtes titulaire d’un troisième cycle type Master II spécialisé en droit des affaires, complété, le cas échéant, par une formation de type école de commerce, IEP ou LLM/DJCE et du CAPA.
Vous êtes très à l’aise avec les chiffres et maîtrisez l’anglais à un niveau professionnel (écrit et oral).

Vous êtes impliqué, rigoureux et dynamique et vous souhaitez contribuer au développement de l’équipe. Votre personnalité est tout aussi importante que vos compétences techniques ; votre autonomie, votre goût pour le travail en équipe et votre sens du service client seront des atouts indispensables pour ce poste.
