ROLE: Nanny/Housekeeper
Live-out
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 8pm
Salary based on experience - To be discussed
5 weeks annual leave (paid) per annum - holidays to be taken at the same time as family (in general 3 weeks in August, 1 week at Christmas and 1 week in either February, April or October).
Children's ages: 3 girls aged 4, 7 and 9
A lovely family in Paris 16 are looking for a full time Nanny/Housekeeper to support with the upkeep of the family home and the children.
- The children are at school from 8:30am until 4:30pm, except on Wednesdays where the Nanny will be with the children all day.
- The girls might come back home for lunch (11:30am - 13:30pm), so the Nanny will have to prepare lunch, go pick the girls at school and take the girls back to school after lunch.
- During school days and except when the children need to be at home, flexibility given to the Nanny to start at 10am
- Full days on school holidays; it is however expected that the children be enrolled in holiday camps until 4pm for half of the school holidays.
Main duties:
- Cleaning of the family apartment (including bathrooms)
- Laundry and ironing (ironing limited to around 7 shirts per week)
- Collecting the children from school
- Making lunch/evening meals
- Playing with the children
- Taking to and planning activities
- Taking care of the children if they are unwell
Skills and requirements:
- Native or fluent English
- Childcare experience
- Willing to make a long term commitment to the family
The family are willing to provide a family reference from their current Nanny who has been working with them for the last 9 years.
