Within Global Markets, you join the FI Traffic Booking & Business Monitoring team as a business analyst.

On a daily basis, your job is to:

- Contribute to team improvement and innovation by participating in the community of good practices, proposing daily optimizations and taking part in agile events;
- Provide support (a support team manages the day-to-day but delegates precise analyses to the expert business analysts in the scope);
- Manage users' functional requests (level 2 support) for investigation and monitoring of patches.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. **Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made to work with us
You have at least 5 years of experience in business analyst positions.

You are familiar with:

- The principles of IF credits (bonds, cds, swap, loans, abs);
- The principles of FI market making;
- The role of business analyst (investigation of front-end needs and prioritization, drafting of technical-functional specifications, test management, manipulation of SQL data).

You are:

- Autonomous, proactive and proactive;
- Known for your teamwork skills and ability to communicate with users;
- Agile and comfortable with written and oral presentations.

You master English with a B1 level.
