**Renewal Sales Representative**
**Overview**
The Renewal Sales Representative will support Fortinet Account Managers and work directly with Fortinet partners and existing end user customers following up on renewal services. The primary focus is to generate a pipeline through renewals, identifying cross-sell, up-sell and technological upgrade opportunities from the installed base and interact with the Field Sales team and partners to identify, develop, accelerate and close renewal opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate repeat sales by contacting customers with expiring services
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services
- Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures
- Accurately process customer transactions, including quotations
- Proactively recommend products or services needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction quality.
- Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Major Account Managers and channel partners to avoid conflicts and generate revenue
**Professional Requirements**
- Motivated and enthusiasm by customer care and satisfaction
- Ability to understand the customer, to anticipate future needs and help identify products and services
- A passion for collaboration and a basic understanding of security technology
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and negotiation skills
- Steadfast and calm with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
