As a Facility Manager Real Estate, you would be part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to our customers. Our customer base is diverse and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and warehouse operations. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds - a local office, with the support and sophistication of a large international company. This role reports to Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager.
What’s needed in order to do that:
- Perform technical inspection and review maintenance documentation to ensure Prologis standards are met in the case of self-performing leases
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with all customers and vendors
- Responsive to customer’s needs and requests in a timely manner
- Must be able to coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors
- Proactively coordinates property inspections and drop-ins
- Aid the Real Estate & Customer Experience manager in the evaluation of all service contract requirements and the oversight of property maintenance contracts
- Assist in identifying additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services to align them to customer needs
- In collaboration with the Customer Experience and Development team assist in audits

- Requires technical Diploma
- Minimum 3+ years in skilled maintenance work; experience in commercial real estate industry preferred
- Fluency in French and good command of English
- Ability to work outdoors most of the day
- Ability to work independently but be part of the team and collaborate
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers,
- Requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record and the ability to travel to multiple properties
