**About the role/team**

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Finance Operations Analyst to accelerate the transformation of Aircall’s finance department. Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, working closely with all the finance teams (incl. FP&A and controlling) and with significant exposure to management throughout the company, this role will play an integral part in driving the scaling of the financial operations of the company.

In this position, you will play a critical role in implementing processes, tools and systems to optimize our finance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the transformation of the finance department and ensure that it can efficiently meet the growing demands of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and enhance financial performance.

The position is based in Paris.
- ** Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the finance teams to identify areas for improvement in financial processes and systems. Implement and oversee changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- ** Technology Implementation**: Lead the implementation of finance-related tools and systems to streamline financial operations.
- ** Data Analysis**: Define and own KPIs, success metrics and dashboards, providing visibility of the daily, weekly and monthly performance of the department. Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making, and leverage data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to our leadership team
- ** Project Management**: Manage finance-related projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to support the company's financial goals.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments, including Controlling, FP&A, Procurement, and senior management, to develop and implement strategies for finance operations enhancement.
- ** Documentation and Training**:Maintain comprehensive documentation of finance processes and procedures. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and system usage

**A little more about you**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, or consulting ideally in a Tech/Saas environment
- You have strong knowledge of finance systems and tools, with hands-on experience in their implementation.
- You are very analytical and data-driven, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and you are comfortable with designing executive level dashboards (SQL, Looker a plus)
- You have strong project management experience, with a track record of large projects successfully delivered and an ability to manage multiple timelines and commitments
- You are a creative problem solver and are able to identify obstacles and viable solutions
- You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Speaking French is a plus.
- You have the ability to build deep ongoing relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, Directors, Managers from all functions)
