**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Management**:
- Lead HR technology projects from initiation through completion, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, technology resources, and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Provide administrative support related to the overall management of the program.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders; tracking and reporting on the project progress and issues; ensuring the project quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards and goals.
**Technology Implementation**:
- Oversee the implementation of HR systems and tools.
- Ensure that systems are configured to meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Prepare project status reports, RAID logs, etc.
**Change Management**:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users, and address any issues or concerns related to technology changes.
**Vendor Management**:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants.
- Ensure that service levels and deliverables meet project requirements.
**Risk Management**:
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans and ensure that project goals are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Additional Responsibilities will be assigned as per project needs. There may be 25% travel during peak implementation times.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT Business administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in project management with a focus on HR technology.
- Proven experience in managing HR technology implementations.
**Nice to have**
- Payroll project implementation experience.
- Additional language skills a plus.
