**Summary / Role Purpose**

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project teams to provide coordination and administrative support for various projects within the department. Responsibilities of this role includes supporting multiple projects to ensure consistency and predictability of project delivery. This role requires a high level of coordination and support across multiple related projects, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare required presentation materials for meetings in coordination with project team members
- Assist in gathering status for various projects to put weekly status reports and dashboards in place
- Coordinate meetings and maintain project calendars
- Assist the executive on various project related activities such as risk/issue tracking, change management, communication, status reporting, etc.
- Work with various project team members to ensure all project documentation is stored and maintained on the project team site
- Prepare presentations and/or talking points for regional employee communications
- Maintain calendars and own the scheduling process for all meetings for assigned managers

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- Excellent communication in English (speaking and written) - French (good written skills).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or professional administrative support role in a corporate setting
- Polished communication skills: proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to effectively network and partner throughout the organization
- Demonstrated problem solving and planning skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and execute various tasks and projects
- Must have extensive knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SharePoint is a plus
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while still maintaining a high-level of quality and accuracy
- Being self-motivated & dynamic
