The Innovation Division works with all of Groupe SEB's creative forces and for all of its brands to generate incremental and disruptive product innovations and thus contribute to the Group's profitable growth. It includes:

- A strategy and planning team which directs and pilots the portfolio of innovation areas.
- Multi-disciplinary Innovation Hubs which carry out disruptive innovation projects close to Groupe SEB's main markets.
- Centers of Excellence that support the Innovation, Development and Marketing project teams in their respective areas of expertise: consumer insight, intellectual property, electronics and power, materials, food science and engineering.

**Contribute to our development**:
Contribute to the ID mission to increase the contribution of disruptive innovation and highly differentiated products (new categories & customer segments) and boost incremental innovation upgrades with meaningful benefits & smart differentiation (existing categories & customer segments):

- Ensure the mastery of identified key technologies, associated technology platforms, and contribute to the definition of the strategic vision.
- Lead and develop an expert and multidisciplinary team and ensure skills and career development, and stimulation of creativity.
- Bring best practices in the technological domains handled and their standardized implementation in all Hubs.
- Implement targeted monitoring on priority themes set annually and structure the collected information.
- Contribute to the work of the Discovery phase, notably by collecting and analyzing major technological trends.
- Be a source of innovation proposals through explorations and technological opportunities.
- Identify and activate technological ecosystems to meet needs.
- Consolidate the work to propose Make/Partner/Buy technology acquisition strategies to validate them at the end of the Discovery phase.
- Proactively provide the necessary expertise to projects carried out in the Hubs, and, upon request, to those led by the BUs. Contribute to the work of the Operational phase: Support ID and BU project teams on specific points of expertise.

**Bring your skills**:

- You have a Master’s degree / PhD or equivalent in electronic, mechanic with digital services experience in a product industry (BTC / BTB) and a solid experience in R&D integrating bricks of technologies.
- Ability to work internationally with other cultures; An experience working with technology partners / suppliers in China would be a plus.
- Leadership, ability to set up the vision ; Facilitation skills, ability to convince ; Risk assessment and decision-making ability ; Curiosity and creativity to propose new ideas ; Relational skills to develop and maintain the internal/external network. ; Ability to concretize to bring innovation projects to fruition ; Good communicator, ability to restitute and popularize technical topics.
- Fluency in English and French is essential due to the team's scope of intervention. German and Chinese would be a plus.
