**La société**

Fondée par des vétérinaires, la société est un jeune groupe de cliniques vétérinaires en pleine expansion qui réunit des structures canines, équines et mixtes partout en France.

Riche de cette diversité, elle rassemble les vétérinaires dans une dynamique positive de collaboration, de partage et d’entrepreneuriat.

Dans un contexte de développement rapide, l’équipe recherche une personne pour faciliter et harmoniser l’intégration des cliniques au groupe.

**Vos missions principales**

Au vu des projets de croissance du groupe, vous avez une fonction de support et êtes en charge de faciliter l’intégration des cliniques au groupe.

Votre mission est donc double:
1) Vous aidez ces cliniques dans leur intégration en passant 2-3 jours en leur sein.

Par exemple:

- Changer le RIB et le TPE
- Faire l’inventaire des produits

2) Vous êtes présent pour assister les coordinateurs régionaux dans leurs tâches auprès des cliniques.

Par exemple : mise en place d’un nouveau CRM auprès d’une clinique.

Ce rôle offre des missions variées et donne la possibilité à quelqu’un qui aime l’action et le contact de s’épanouir. Le groupe étant en croissance, vous pourrez grandir avec lui et faire votre place.

- Vous aimez être dans l’action ;
- Vous avez l’oeil pour les détails et vous aimez que les choses soient bien faites ;
- Vous aimez aider les autres et le contact client ;
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un environnement dynamique, dans un rôle de support.

**Les conditions**
- Type de contrat : temps plein, CDI
- Salaire : 30k par an
- Prime annuelle en fonction de vos performances
- Jusqu’à 70% de déplacements à prévoir
- Voiture de société

**Le processus de recrutement**

2 entretiens : un entretien avec le N+1 et un entretien avec le CEO.

Salaire : 30 000,00€ par an
