We understand that regulation and our clients' requirements are constantly evolving, so we evolve with them. **Thanks to our close relationships with industry regulators**, our solutions comply with multi-jurisdictional KYC ("Know Your Customer") regulations, allowing customers to process a wide variety of identity documents, and onboard and service consumers from all around the world in different markets and countries. **This job is based in Rennes, in France** **Key Responsibilities**: - **Data Collection & Entry**: - Manually gather, validate, and enter data from the Salesforce CRM or from commercial documents (offers, contracts) into a Master data file (XLS format) - Ensure data accuracy and completeness with mínimal oversight, following the guidelines provided by the project management team. - **Commercial Agreement Handling**: - Understand the context and contractual elements (framework, order agreements) such as pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions. - **Process Execution**: - Identify potential issues or inconsistencies in the data and report them to the project management team for resolution. **Preferred Experience**: We are looking for Master 1 or Master 2 students from business schools ( finance or controlling option )or engineering schools ( statistics option ). - **Experience**: - Strong understanding of commercial agreements (offers, contracts) and their financial implications. - Experience with a CRM system. - **Skills**: - Strong analystics skills mapping. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy. - Ability to work with mínimal supervision and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. - **Personal Attributes**: - Quick learner and able to hit the ground running. - Proactive and flexible in adapting to shifting priorities and tasks. **Perks & Benefits**: - Working with international team - A supportive feedback-based culture where **respect and integrity**guide us in what we do - Salary bonus - 50% reimbursement of transportation costs and Green Bonus - Job allowanceof 8€per day,, reimbursed 60% - IDnow applies the principles of non-discrimination and equality: We strive to establish, maintain, and promote an open and inclusive recruitment process and working environment by respecting the principles of equal opportunities.
