Hseq Specialist, Catering Systems

As **HSEQ Specialist**, in our Catering Systems Division, you will hold keys responsibilities in HSEQ Management and Supplier Quality Control, including the following:
- Monitor HSE procedures and ensure they are followed.
- Collect and consolidate HSE KPI’s
- Under HSEQ manager instruction, participate to the development and improvement of our HSE management system.
- Support HSE manager in implementing HSE good practices
- Support HSEQ manager in developing HSE culture within CATERING DIVISION
- Possible development of the position to Quality system development and monitoring
- Support ALMACO QHSE manager in the implementation of inspection and test plans (ITP)
- Support purchase department:
- Collection of suppliers’ documentation (Manuals, certificates, etc )
- Alert purchasers about suppliers which doesn’t reply with proper document
Additionally, you will also hold these specific responsibilities:
- Develop and improve HSE processes, tools, and working methods.
- Support the HSEQ manager with regulations, techniques, and system updates.
- Collaborate with other departments for continuous HSE development.
- Participate in HSE training, prepare related materials, and propose internal communication content.
- Lead safety walks, patrols, and internal audits.
- Monitor HSE document records and conduct internal audits on projects.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and propose improvements.
- Participate in external audits and support project management with HSE compliance and risk assessments.
- Maintain documentation follow-up files and manage documentation requests to suppliers.
- Inform stakeholders about progress, including CAT Projects managers, purchasers, and the LCS division.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have:
- Education/Experience in HSE management (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, MASE, other)
- Education/Experience in Quality management (ISO 9001, other)
- Knowledge of HSE related French labor code and 89/391 EEC
- Willingness to travel
- Good English & French level
- Good interpersonal skills
