**About the team**:
Independent retailers struggle with inventory management and reliable delivery while brands prefer to focus on marketing and product. Our mission is to delight our customers by creating an amazing ordering and delivery experience. We are on a mission to set new standards for the whole B2B industry.

We help brands ship their orders seamlessly and everywhere by partnering with the most relevant logistics partners. We help retailers by respecting the promised delivery date, decreasing click-to-order lead times, securing inventory and making sure the product comes in perfect condition.

This is a unique opportunity to have an impact on our customers and to get a 360 view on the e-commerce BtoB supply chain (transportation, fulfillment, cross-border shipping).

**The opportunity and responsibilities**:
As a Operations Analyst within (Internship), you'll join the Ankorstore Logistic team on a mission to enable retailers to thrive and rewild the way we deal with the Logistics within the Retail world.

Our aim is to develop your competencies so that **you acquire all the skills and knowledge of a strong Operations Analyst**, by participating actively in the activity and life of the Logistics department.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager and in collaboration with the entire Logistics team your main missions will be:

- Work with other Ops members and other Departments (e.g., Product & Tech, Sales, Finance) to build 360° understanding of root-causes for low quality
- Perform analyses to retrieve relevant data and:

- Make strategic decisions and frame long-term improvement projects
- Spot opportunities and ensure we're seizing quick wins
- Own programs aimed to improve service level, decrease costs or enhance our value proposition (define new processes, features, resources)
- Track progress: Develop KPIs and own ongoing performance tracking of performance
- Contribute to advocate Ops performance internally (within Ankorstore) and externally (towards Brands and Retailers)

**Your profile**:

- End of study internship
- Experience in Consulting, VC/PE/TS/M&A or Scale-up are a plus
- Graduated from Top Engineering School or Business School
- You enjoy and are used to working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
- You have experience in Excel (BI tools and SQL are a +)
- Fluent in English (French is a +)
