MAIN MISSION:
Contract & Claim management
- Functional interfaces
- Supplier interface

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the contractual documents over the Product Line sourcing team,
- Study and analyze all contractual documents to support the Product Line sourcing team
- Prepare and keep up to date the claim register
- Prepare the claim strategy and share it with the Product Line Contract Manager
- Provide support to the sourcing team in the tender phases, by integrating feedback from previous projects or

back to back from customer contracts
- Reporting to the Product Line Contract Manager, he / she support the Sourcing team in all actions necessary for

the management of all contract and commercial matters
- Assist the Product Line Contract Manager with analysis of the sourcing contracts to build and drive

implementation of a contract / claim management strategy plan.
- Work closely with the Sourcing team to identify and mitigate risks as well as identify, maximize and leverage

claim opportunities towards suppliers
- Liaise with Legal department for the finalization of suppliers contracts
