**About us**:
**About the role**:
We are looking for a Game Producer to lead the gamification track of our EdTech product (Cognitive Development Platform).
Important: This is not about building complex or heavy games. Instead, the focus is on simple but highly engaging, smooth, and visually polished mini-games — quizzes, brain-training challenges, and test-like interactions.
The core mission of this role is to increase Retention through games. Every game produced will be evaluated not by how much you personally like it, but by how much it keeps users engaged and returning. Success will be measured by clear Retention KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Game Mechanics & Flow**: Design and refine the mechanics of games — rules, flow, levels, balance, and retention loops.
- ** New Mechanics Design**: Develop and test new lightweight game mechanics that drive engagement and Retention.
- ** Retention-driven production**: Continuously create and optimize games with Retention as the main KPI.
- ** Hypothesis Testing**: Generate and validate hypotheses around game variations, combinations, and difficulty.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with a Graphic Game Designer to transform mechanics into polished, user-friendly games.
- ** Quality Ownership**: Ensure every game is smooth, engaging, and meets user expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager in gaming, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of casual game mechanics and retention drivers.
- Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven development.
- Ability to manage multiple mini-projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
**Nice to have**:
- Background in EdTech or cognitive training products.
- Familiarity with quiz/test-style mechanics.
- Knowledge of gamification frameworks.
- Experience in fast-iteration environments.
