The animation industry is ready for a revolution.

It has already seen major breakthroughs in the last century. First with the industrialization of the production process, leading to long-lasting global brands. Then with the transition from hand drawings to computer-assisted animation.

And yet, in many ways, **the existing model is outdated**, especially for independent creators. For them, the process is tediously manual, and production cycles are lengthy and expensive - with little room for creative iteration and almost no chance to gain the respect they deserve.

At Animaj we want to **revolutionize** 3D-animated content production by equipping our independent creators and studios with innovative AI-powered tools that will *_dramatically *_speed-up their production workflows.

Animaj is looking for a **Product Manager** to help us develop these cutting-edge production tools. This role is for someone who has a combination of strong technical background and experience in product management, with the ability to take the state-of-the-art AI systems our research team is building and turn them into great products for our creators and studios.

You will **report to the Head of Data** and will collaborate closely with our co-founder and COO.

This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial adventure at an early stage and to be a critical part in turning Animaj in a market-defining player in the 3D-animation space.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a good understanding of traditional **animation production workflows.**:

- Collaborate closely with production engineering team to oversee the **productionization of new tools **_**and continuous **_**improvement of existing tools.**

**Preferred Experience**
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or researcher (industry or academic).
- 2+ years of experience as a **product manager** delivering highly technical features.
- Familiarity with the current state-of-the-art capabilities in the fields of **computer vision** and **generative AI.**:

- Experience working with **fast-moving teams** and building products from scratch.
- Interest in **3D animation** and **computer graphics.**:

- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills.**:

- *_English proficiency *_and experience working in a multinational environment.
