Au sein du département Engineering, intervention en tant que Chef de Projet Ingénierie pour un projet commandé ou de développement.

**Objectif de la mission**:
The Project Engineering Manager:

- Manages technical activities in accordance with Contract requirements and project objectives for the benefit of the project
- Participates to hand over meeting with commercial team
- Ensures the technical part review of the Contract review
- Prepares project KOM for all technical aspects: deviation, clarificataion, list of deliverables, etc.
- Participates to project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements
- Ensures that engineering staffing needs are reviewed and addressed efficiently according to Project needs all along Project phases. This is performed in coordination with Engineering disciplines managers (Process, Piping & Layout, EIA),
- Defines necessary technical assistance for a dedicated scope, if needed (external studies for instance)
- Manages the interface and coordination with technical sub-contractor in case part of the engineering activities is outsourced (detailed design for instance)
- Implements the R&O Register for engineering topics
- Ensures effective interdisciplinary coordination and manages necessary coordination meetings.
- Takes the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines.
- Controls that the engineering team properly interfaces with other project members.
- Supervises the delivery of engineering studies and deliverables with respect to the forecast dates and approves the key engineering documents
- Ensures that engineering activity is compliant with project milestones. Alerts project management in case of unforeseen variation and suggests if needed mitigation measures
- Ensures effective technical coordination with Client's representatives and as such participates to good communication with Client
- Gives technical inputs for VOR development, if needed
- Contributes to Project reporting for the technical part (activities, quantities, budget, areas of concern...)
- Ensures that the technical final dossier is properly prepared and filed and that lessons learned for engineering are clearly identified.

- Reporting for engineering activities within the project
- Inputs to R&O, Deviations, Clarifications, Change registers

**Compétences requises**:

- Maitrise les outils utilisés en gestion de Projet
- Maitrise de l’anglais écrit et oral
- Capacité à travailler sur des systèmes multi-équipements
- Capacité à coordonner différentes disciplines d’ingénierie en phase d’étude, de développement et de chantier
- Capacité à s’interfacer avec les différents métiers de l’entreprise, nos clients, le chef de projet
