**What You’ll Do**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant and Sales Administrator**in Bergerac, France.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounting entries for Embross France and Embross Ivory Coast
- Bank reconciliation and Accounts lettering
- Preparation of tax returns
- Participating in the preparation of forecasts (cash flow, P&L) and financial statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Collecting accounting data (stocks, depreciation, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.)
- Organising and managing sales contracts from receipt of orders to delivery of products to the customer.
- Ensuring that the orders are taken and recorded and guarantees that they are dispatched and delivered to the customer.
- Regularly reporting sales-related information to line management.
- Acting as an interface between customers, internal departments (sales, production, planning, etc.) and external parties (carriers, etc.).

**Who You**a**re**
- Someone with at least an accounting degree (DUT or DCG)
- First successful experience in an accountancy firm or company
- Curious, rigorous, organized, team player with good interpersonal skills, easy to adapt to new tools
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Suite Office) and accounting software (Sage, Cegid, etc.)
- Fluent in French and a good level of English
