Lead Project Manager

We’re seeking a skilled **Team Lead Project Manager** to oversee the implementation and operational success of our SaaS solutions for clients. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage key client projects, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

**MISSIONS**:
**_ Mission n°1 : Project Management_**
- ** Operational Implementation**: Oversee the deployment of our solutions, ensuring customer success through the project and hypercare phases.
- ** Collaboration for Client Success**: Work closely with CSM and Sales teams to ensure contract terms are met, identify growth opportunities, address potential challenges, and align everyone towards customer satisfaction and zero churn.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify and manage risks, acting as a point of escalation for customers when needed.
- ** Customer Feedback**: Communicate customer needs to the Product team, advocating for continuous improvement.
- ** Hands-On Project Ownership**: Manage projects directly to stay connected with the customer experience.

**_ Mission n°2 : Structuring the project activity_**
- ** Process Optimization**: Implement best practices and tools to structure project management.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Contribute to platform enhancements and improvements in both internal and client-facing processes.

**_ Mission n° 3 : Team management_**
- ** Goal Setting & Performance**: Define and animate OKRs at both the team and individual levels.
- ** Team Development**: Build, mentor, and support team growth, ensuring a productive, motivated, and high-performing environment.
- ** Workload & Performance Management**: Manage team workload, provide guidance, and set up quality indicators to monitor and improve performance.

**IDEAL PROFILE**:

- You are fluent in French and in English (must haves due to our international context)
- You have a minimum of +5 years experience in Project Management acquired in a consulting firm, a transport provider or a solution editor and ideally have knowledge of the B2B Saas environment.
- You have a strong will, good interpersonal skills and you enjoy customer contact.
- A first experience in management is required for this position.
- You have a strong understanding of project management issues, including Integration Management, Quality Management, Risk and Issues Management...
- Any other language like German is an asset.
