Structureur titrisation W/M Concretely your daily life? You will be in charge of structuring and executing securitization transactions You will model the assets and liabilities of the transactions and analyze their structure You will prepare the internal validation committees (Transaction Approval Committee, Credit Committees...) You will assist the originator of the transaction in the in-depth investor reviews (due diligence) You will contribute to the structuring and legal documentation of transactions You will coordinate the execution of the transactions You will interact with the rating agencies by carrying out the detailed analysis of the assets and the structure of the transactions You will develop and maintain transaction cash flow modeling tools You will assist in the implementation of different reporting formats for investors and regulators. You will be responsible for regulatory expertise You will participate in the drafting of significant risk transfer (SRT) transaction notifications to the supervisor of the originating bank You will interact with different interlocutors: You will be in contact with external issuers: participation in responses to requests for proposal, structuring and execution of transactions As part of the operations on behalf of the Group, you will maintain the relationship with the various trades originating the underlying assets: CIB, domestic markets, specialized trades... You will be the point of contact for the various third-party entities involved in the operations: law firms, auditors, rating agencies, securitization vehicle management companies, securities services, etc You will be the interface with institutional investors (alternative investment funds, pension funds, insurers, reinsurers, supranational entities, etc.) under the responsibility of the ABS, Insurance and Coverage syndicate You will interact with the various functions of the bank (risks, legal, tax, accounting, financial management, ALM, etc.) If necessary, you will be responsible for the relationship with regulators (EBA, ESMA) and bank supervisors (ACPR, AMF, ECB) and participation in the various market forums The work environment is important You will join the Origination & Structuring (O&S) team in charge of origination, structuring and execution of securitizations on behalf of the Group and external clients. The team intervenes in a wide spectrum of situations: market transactions, public or private, true sale or synthetic, portfolio financing, "warehousing"... The team is divided between London (13 people), Paris (5 people ) and Milan (1 person) The position is located in the center of Paris. And after ? You have at least 3 years' experience in banking, in structured finance, capital markets, or a function related to these professions. You are motivated by a transactional position in a business that is both technical and transversal.
