Job Description:
As a General Secretary & Compliance Solutions Owner, you will be responsible to manage and optimize our trust intelligence, risk management and legal systems. This role involves overseeing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of Business Solutions such as Archer, DiliTrust, OneTrust, UL360, Crisis24 to enhance organizational compliance, risk management, and trust transformation.
You have strong technical expertise in both platforms and experience in supporting governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. You will work closely with various teams across IT, security, compliance, legal, vendor management and risk management to ensure the platforms meet organizational needs and drive operational efficiency.

Mission & Responsibilities
- Project Delivery
- Lead the configuration and customization of our General Secretary & Compliance Business Solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on GRC workflows, risk assessments, policy management, incident management, and privacy processes. These solutions are OneTrust, Archer, DiliTrust, DocuSign, etc.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to integrate these solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, IT, ERP) and drive automation of GRC-related processes and workflows.
- Support risk and compliance assessments, data privacy initiatives, and audit preparation, ensuring the platforms effectively support regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX, etc.
- Stay up to date on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of GRC operations.
- Provide training to users across various departments on how to effectively use OneTrust, Archer, DiliTrust, and others. Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and resolving platform issues.
- Ensure delivery of Runbooks is produced as a project deliverable.
- Work in collaboration with business teams to ensure end to end testing of the solution.
- Ensure the proper project documentation is produced, reviewed and validated by the appropriate stakeholders.
- Set end-user support activities with coordination with appropriate teams
- Build to Run activities- Oversee day-to-day management of our General Secretary & Compliance platforms, including user access, permissions, configurations, and system health.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights on risk and compliance activities. Ensure data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Collaborate with our Solutions vendors for platform support, upgrades, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
- Document and maintain the resolutions in the Knowledge base.

Profile, Experience & key Competencies- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with SaaS solutions implementation and deployment.
- Strong understanding of GRC processes, data privacy, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).
- Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and integrating SaaS Solutions.
- Experience with workflow automation and system integrations.
- Certifications (preferred): OneTrust Certified, Archer Certified, or similar GRC-related certifications.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with audit processes and tools.
- PMP, SAFe or similar certification are a plus.
- Analytical mindset. Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
