VINCI Facilities recherche un(e) Building Manager H/F pour l'une de ses entreprises, spécialisée dans la maintenance multi technique et le Facility Management de sites tertiaires (CVC, électricité, plomberie, etc.).

Rattaché au responsable d'affaires, le Building Manager est un véritable chef d'orchestre qui veille au bon fonctionnement de l'immeuble et à la satisfaction des locataires et du propriétaire.

**Les missions**:

- Compétences d'un Building Manager sur le SEASON.
- Représente le propriétaire de l'immeuble et reste l'interlocuteur privilégier des locataires, il est l'interface entre les différents services.
- Gérer les relations avec les locataires et le propriétaire.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les locataires et le propriétaire.
- Répondre aux demandes des locataires et du propriétaire.
- Organiser et animer les réunions locataires.
- Assurer le suivi des décisions prises lors des réunions.
- Communiquer les informations importantes aux locataires.
- Représenter le propriétaire pour les déclarations de sinistre dommage ouvrage et multirisques.
- Assurer l'avancement des déclarations de sinistre et valider la bonne exécution des intervenants.
- Assurer la bonne exécution du contrat multi techniques et des services (ménage et sécurité).
- Travailler en binôme avec le responsable de site en ayant une posture client.
- Accompagner le propriétaire et les locataires sur les différents projets et les accompagner / conseiller dans leur démarche.
- Assurer la bonne réalisation de la certification HQE EXCEPTIONNELLE
- Participer au suivi du budget client et de la bonne réalisation, exécution du PPA.

**Profil attendu**:
De formation BEP technique du bâtiment à Bac +2, type BTS, DUT, vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la maintenance et la gestion du multiservices des immeubles de bureau (minimum 3 ans d'expérience requis).

Votre esprit de service, rigueur, autonomie et adaptabilité sont des atouts majeurs pour réussir à ce poste. Vous avez une appétence pour les missions techniques (connaissance ou découverte). Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre polyvalence, votre sens de l'organisation et de l'analyse.
