Data Analyst

**Job Description Summary**: We are looking for a Data Analyst specializing in BI Modelling to join our Global Finance Solutions (GFS) team. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and Business Units to develop and maintain reporting tools, primarily Power BI, to standardize finance processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and enhance finance dashboards, data visualizations, and tools.
- Support project implementation across design, testing, validation, and support stages.
- Collaborate with BP&A teams to develop Power BI dashboards and analytics.
- Maintain databases, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate, MS Dataverse, SharePoint, and Bots.
- Act as a key stakeholder for EMEA solutions, managing administration and development.
- Train and enhance Power BI knowledge across teams with supporting documentation.
- Document and map current and future processes & data flows.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful database inputs.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
- Fluent English skills (written and oral); additional languages are a plus.
- 3+ years experience in BI tool adaptation, including 1+ year in Power BI.
- Knowledge of financial & business reporting tools (SAP, Business Warehouse, BPC).
- Strong Power BI data modeling skills to create multiple reports.
- Experience in DAX queries, calculated measures, parameters, and complex financial models.
