Local Industrial Engineer Technician

To support Mars Supply Excellence, there is an opportunity for a junior IE to join the Site Industrial Engineer & Logistic team. This role is to lead Do It Best activities using data, site loss management digitalization projects, support Focus Improvement pillar & IE activities/ reportings and communicate with European stakeholders.

Responsible for the optimization of complex processes or systems: the development, improvement, implementation and evaluation of integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information, equipment, energy, materials, and analysis together with the principles and methods of engineering design to specify, predict, and evaluate the results possible from such systems or processes.

**What are we looking for ?**:

- Master / Engineering degree
- Min 2 years experience in a factory environment
- Able to prioritize
- Results oriented

**What will be your key responsibilities ?**:

- Drive and be part of FI MSE pillars (Lead and analysis of losses)
- Update and communicate the weekly TRS performance
- Update site performance KPIs to European OTR
- Generate and optimise recurrent reports to central/global teams
- Drive Do it Best activities using data & good connexion to shopfloor
- Partner with Operations team to focus activity with added value
- Facilitate cross functional teams to remove non value added activities through problem solving, then provide recommendation
- Measurement of KPIs and trends to ensure improvement activities deliver their potential
- Communication of improvement activities site wide
- Identify and initiate creation of necessary data structure to support FI MSE tools digitalization
