**About the Company**:
Our client is a cleantech startup developing sustainable industrial technologies. Their innovation enables the production of essential chemicals using only water, air, and electricity—offering a cleaner, safer alternative to traditional methods.

**The Role**

We’re seeking an **HSE Specialist** to oversee health, safety, and infrastructure compliance at the company’s Paris facility. You’ll manage lab and workshop safety, lead certification processes, and support future site development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure safety compliance across labs, workshops, and pilot areas.
- Organize training, inspections, and certification processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and write SOPs.
- Manage vendors and contractors for infrastructure projects.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years in HSE roles in chemical/industrial settings.
- Background in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Knowledge of French safety regulations (ATEX, electrical safety).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
